Thriveon earns place on list of Minnesota’s 100 Best Companies To Work For

New Ulm–Thriveon has earned a place on the list of Minnesota’s 100 Best Companies To Work For by Minnesota Business Magazine. This award recognizes Minnesota’s top companies and is determined by the scores of an anonymous online questionnaire filled out by the employees of each nominated company. The questionnaire uncovers employee opinions about work environment, employee benefits, and overall happiness at work.

This isn’t the first time that Thriveon has received this award. Lindsey Markuson spotted Thriveon on the 2014 100 Best Places to Work For list when she was looking for a career change. Now in her second year as Dispatcher and Project Coordinator at Thriveon, she has found that the company lives up to the reputation that the award implies.

“I can say that I’ve never worked somewhere that has felt more like home,” said Markuson. “My favorite part about working at Thriveon is knowing that I am truly a part of the company. My ideas and input are sought out and valued by our leadership team.”

Sam Bloedow, CEO and founder of Thriveon, said he is pleased and humbled by the award and the affirmation it places on the company values.

“We value our employees and strive to do everything we can to provide a positive work environment, support them in their professional growth, and provide the income and flexibility that they need to care for themselves and their families,” Bloedow said. “The thanks for this award and to the success we are experiencing as a company goes to them. We wouldn’t be where we are today if it weren’t for the folks who are providing our clients with a great IT experience every day.”

Thriveon has grown from 14 to 21 full time employees in the past year. This growth reflects the success in which Thriveon is able to help small and medium sized businesses leverage Information and Technology to create business success in an increasingly complex IT environment.
