Schmidt’s Meat Market wins awards

Schmidt’s Meat Market won 6 awards at the MAMP (Minnesota Association of Meat Processors) Convention held March 4-5, 2016 in St. Cloud, MN.  Schmidt’s received three Grand Champion level awards for their Bacon, Raspberry Chipotle Bacon and Fresh Maple Pork Links; two Reserve Grand Champion awards for their Schmidt’s Wieners and Wisconsin Style Summer Sausage and Champion for Dried Beef.  There were over 460 entries in 26 product categories.

Schmidt’s Meat Market is located in downtown Nicollet at 319 Pine Street.  Hours are Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; Saturday 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
