Thriveon’s Josh Dalluge attains MTA Certification from Microsoft

Josh Dalluge, a newly hired Systems Support Technician at Thriveon, has attained MTA (Microsoft Technology Associate) certification.

Dalluge chose to undergo the MTA training and examination to increase his knowledge in the area of IT infrastructure and to meet his desire to continually improve and expand his skills in the Information Technology industry. Despite being a newly hired member of the Thriveon team, Dalluge was encouraged to seek out learning opportunities and benefit from a company policy that supports employee driven training initiatives with fully paid tuition for approved courses.

“When we hired Josh, we could see that career advancement and learning was very important to him and that was one thing that made him a good fit with our culture,” said Jake Bloedow, Service Manager. “We feel that empowering employees to achieve increasing levels of expertise is of great benefit to the experience that we provide to our clients, in addition to benefitting our staff individually.”

“Learning is very motivating to me,” Dalluge said, “but all the coursework in the world isn’t going to help you in this industry if you aren’t a good communicator. You have to ask the right questions or else most people won’t be able to give you the information that you need to get to the answer.”

The staff at Thriveon has grown from 14 to 21 full time employees in the past year. This rapid increase in staffing reflects the strong growth curve for the company that has been fueled in part by the increasing need of organizations to leverage Information and Technology for business growth with managed services.
