Lasson Management opens Mankato office

Lasson Management, a southern Minnesota housing management services firm announces it is opening an office in the Walnut Towers building in downtown Mankato.  Lasson has managed the Walnut Towers affordable housing project since its construction and is now expanding its service offerings to the Mankato region.  Lasson has managed senior cooperatives, multifamily affordable and market rate housing, hotels and homeowner associations for over 25 years.

The rapidly growing Mankato region has exploded in recent years with a variety of housing options that include many townhome and condominium associations. These associations are governed by volunteer boards made up of the homeowners that live there.  Usually these boards hire an experienced association manager to handle the daily business of operating their association.  Lasson helps these homeowners live the worry free lifestyle that they bought with their townhome or condo.

Senior housing cooperatives are another growing market that employ housing managers.  Lasson currently manages the Realife Senior Cooperative in St. Peter and is reaching out to other senior cooperatives and independent living communities in southern Minnesota to share their property management and administrative expertise.
