Consolidated Communications Announces 2016 Chairman Award and Community Award Winners
Mankato, Minn. – February 23, 2016 – Consolidated Communications is pleased to announce that two employees in Mankato were recently honored with the company’s top awards.
Julie Foster recently received the company’s highest honor, the Chairman Award, at the company’s annual employee meeting. The prestigious award is presented to a few select employees who demonstrate extraordinary performance on a project or who continually exceed expectations.
Foster is a senior communications specialist based in Mankato and has been with Consolidated Communications for 15 years.
Greg Hasse was recognized with the company’s Community Service Award, which is presented to employees who are making a difference in the communities the company serves. The recognition ties closely with Consolidated Communications’ values and its commitment to building a stronger community.
Hasse, senior product specialist in Mankato, volunteers much of his time with the Boy Scouts of America.
Consolidated Communications will make a $500 contribution to the Twin Valley Council – Boy Scouts of America on Hasse’s behalf.
In all, seven employees received the 2016 Chairman Award and seven employees received the 2016 Community Service Award.
